Join the Women’s Student Association for the 36th Annual Women in Business Conference on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2027, at Harvard Business School.

The Women in Business Conference is one of HBS’s largest and most anticipated student-run conferences, uniting nearly 1,000 current and future leaders across industries.

This year’s theme is “Building the Future: The Women Designing the Institutions, Industries and Ideas of Tomorrow,” which recognizes the important role women hold in shaping our future. Together, we’ll explore how women across sectors are leading change in business, culture, and community.

Join us for three keynote conversations with leading female executives as well as panels with speakers across industries including technology, women's health, investing, food & beverage, fashion, and sports.

The conference will also feature networking sessions, career conversations, and a startup showcase.
